First I was a bit iffy about it but now seeing it in the mustard-yellow, I have a new found appreciation for the emerald-green dress Victoria wore to the Oscar de la Renta show. Also, the dress looks MUCH better with the black waist-belt. It's funny what a big difference a little thing can make. That is why I absolutely love waist belts. Way to go Victoria, you are the queen of fashion.
